They gradually got better with each release, IMO. Even though "Inspiration is DEAD" is pretty good, I think they took it to another level signing to Sony.

Your tastes be also be inverse of a lot of people - like many consider 9mm's old stuff their best and everything after Vampire to be junk. I've seen people with the same attitude towards Ling Tosite Sigure too. I don't agree with either side, I consider both bands to be relatively consistent.

Yeah with 9mm my favorite albums are easily Babel, Revolutionary and Movement. I just naturally suffer from having hipster opinions I guess.

This was my favorite release of theirs by a mile. Let's see if it survives.

Qaijff - POP is YOURS

Surprised you aren't selling this one off. I like some of it, but it pales to the 2 previous MCDs. Not sure about vs their debut full-length - that one had some great songs and some boring ones.

Well maybe I'll axe it later. Who knows, it can stay for now though. Tongue

Some of the newer songs are still pretty good though. They haven't dumped technicality altogether. I guess if one wanted SFP's "Prog-Roid" or la la larks to be poppier, they'd probably dig this.
