Having befriended the band about eight years ago, I guess it was just a matter of time, but it finally happened: I published an interview with Saber Tiger on my website. Specifically with the veterans of the band: founding guitarist Akihito Kinoshita, guitarist Yasuharu Tanaka and singer Takenori Shimoyama.
Since they don't really work with Fubito Endo anymore, I was a bit apprehensive about doing this interview as a mailer, but in terms of how insightful the answers are, I'd say it's far above average for a Japanese band. Then again, I had that when I interviewed Ryoji from Gyze as well, so maybe it's just a Hokkaido thing.
