Guidelines for Discussing Western Music

So, I've decided to resurrect the Western section, but in turn, there are only going to be two threads -- one for metal, and the other one for non-metal -- in order to avoid getting distracted from the main core of this forum.

For bands outside of Japan or Eastern Asia that wish to promote their stuff, please use either of these threads, instead of starting your own (we'll just merge them, if you do):
