Lost_Horizons, please send me a pm, but more or less I can say:

1 euro = 33 baht at the ATM machine

-The Olarn Project: 13 euro (it costed 350 baht to me by the label. The 2nd album 2017 reissue goes over 1000 baht right now, so over 30 euros and i haven't seen any copy yet by my friends: I know all the metal shops and weekly flea markets in Bangkok)
-The Exile: 14-15 euro (the retail price is 400 baht each and they are almost sold out)
-Heavy Mod: 16 euro (retail price is 450 baht, out of stock by the label: only available by other shops)
-Blue Planet: eh this I forgot how much, I think I paid it 600 baht (today I got another copy for this price) so I can charge 19-20 euro....

Today I also found the S.M.F. - Stone Metal Fire debut album from 1993, the reissue CD+DVD which is sold out since a 4-5 years now. That also can be around 16 euros - it costed 450 too

There was other stuff too but really, really too much expensive:

-the first cd edition of S.M.F. - Stone Metal Fire but it costed 1800 baht (which is 55 euros - consider that they give me 33 baht for 1 euro), the THE EXILE original 1994 CD on MGA (2000 baht, over 60 euros), the KAAN KLUAY (ก้านกล้วย) original 1996 CD (2000 baht/over 60 euros), SAPPHIRE (Laos) 1994 CD (1200 baht/36 euros), YOUNG BLOOD "กองทัพใหม่" original CD for 1200 baht/36 euros, WHIPALAS (วิปลาส) PROMO 1994 CD at 1200 baht/36 euros with no cover....

of course I didn't buy any of them safe another copy of BLUE PLANET as they were too much expensive and I am not sure at all that western collectors may be interested in these cds at these prices......so I just got the most affordable items which are at a cheap price. consider that prices are more or less the same from seller to seller, there may be a difference of maximum 50 or 100 baht from shop to shop among expensive cds, so it's difficult to find cheap stuff even because most of these rare cds are sold or traded through telephone contacts only
the SPEEDY DOG sole CD can reach up to 500 US$ or even more, if somebody sell it (and I know some people who have 80 copies at home.... Sad )

let me know, prices are not popular but it's the norm here. consider that the 2017 vinyl reissues of Olarn and the 2018 vinyl reissue of X-Rated range from 45 to 55 US$ each, retail price

for sure in Malaysia prices are much cheaper and definitively more reasonable. In Thailand prices are made by collectors who got rid of everything and may have up to 60/70/100 copies of each cd at home, to be sold when the price goes up up up up....sad but true Sad

I found the boxset of Rusty Blade, for those who are interested

Plus I have seen similar boxset for BPR/Bumi Putra Rockers and Rockers too

as well as a lot of CD of Amuk, May, Wings, Metafora, Bloodshed/Blackshed, Cromok, FTG, Ella, Crossfire, XPDC, Ekamatra, Handy Black, Dinamik

The two Metalasia CD "Khalifah Alam Maya" and "Silantra...Bermulanya Sebuah Epik" are sold at exhobritant prices (damn me that I sold for a few euros), way too much, while the Melon King CD is even more rare and would reach insane prices.

The Rusty Blade 3xCD Box Set is 15 euros, new, sealed....other usually around 9/10 euros.

Consider that stocks would be limited as - it seems - the producer went out of business sometime during 2018. I went to their warehouse and it does not exist anymore. the gold seller next to it told me that they went out of business and just disappeared. So the titles, cds, boxset and availability are limited to the onese that I still can find in the (few) shops left

I am very very thankful for your service, and will definitely disturb you if I want something, but I have one quite "important" question - where do you store everything you buy..? Tongue

Also, did you have a copy of that SAPPHIRE album (Heavy Lao)? What's the reissue situation for that album - is the 1994 Thai release on CD World the only one that exists? Another question - did you get your images to work? I would really be very interested in images of the new reissues of THE EXILE's albums..!

Already sent you a PM, but definitely interested in the Rusty Blade boxset (or the individual albums, I really only care about having the music). How exorbitant are the prices for the two Metalasia albums?
